| The
Central Tenders Committee ( CTC) has been established
in accordance with Law No.(8) 1976; amended by Law
No. (10) 1990. CTC administers tenders and bids including
awarding on behalf of all government organs as stipulated
in the law. CTC is also responsible for auctioning
of government items and/or services. In addition,
CTC classifies local contractors as prescribed by
Law No.(8) 1976.
