-The Closing time will be at 12 Noon, on the closing date, any offer arriving thereafter will not be considered.
-Tenderers shall have a valid classification certificate.
-All forms attached with Tender Documents should be filled and returned including the tender form and appendixes dully stamped and signed as required.
-Tenders should be accompanied with an unconditioned Tender Bond (Bank Guarantee) issued by a registered bank operating in the State of Qatar and valid for 120 days from envelopes opening and shall be enclosed with Technical offer. The successful Tenderer should submit a Performance Bond of 10% of the Tendered Sum, Which will remain till the completion of contract.
-Offers should be valid for Ninety days commencing from the Opening date and Government has the right to increase or decrease the items of or works by 20% of the Tender according to its conditions and prices.
